First, you decide which product is the best fit for you:
a Customized Melody-gram by phone, or in person
a Songs of the Era-gram (in person only)
Or, you have the option to choose both, with a Combination Melody/Era-gram
Next, you will fill out the inquiry form, which will be emailed to Customer Support to check on the availability of the date(s) you request.
If a requested date is available you will be emailed a link to the payment page. Once the payment is processed, you will be directed to the order form questionnaire so you can give us the information about you, the recipient, the event and other details we will need for the performance.
If the date is unavailable we will contact you by email or phone to discuss alternate dates or times. Hopefully we can find a date that works for both of us.

We need time to customize the song for your recipient, so we appreciate your effort to fill out the order form on time. We will work with you in any case, but cannot guarantee that we can do the performance in-person, on time if we don’t have timely information from you.
We will, however, always create the customized song and send the audio file once we receive the completed information from you, but it may not be on the agreed upon date and time.
For a phone-gram, we will call the recipient up to 3 times within the 2 hour time slot to deliver the customized message. If we are unable to reach them we will leave a message (if applicable) with the phone-gram, and additionally we will email the audio file to you and them so you both will still have the lasting memory.
For an in person-gram we will wait up to ½ hour if the recipient is not at the specified location.
If we are unable to deliver the performance in person we will leave the balloon and a note and still email the audio file to you and the recipient to listen to it at any time.
We strive for customer satisfaction, and will do our best to complete every performance on time, in a professional manner. However, if, due to an unforeseen reason, we are unable to complete the performance, we will reschedule if at all possible, or we will refund your payment in full, and still send the audio file to you and the recipient.
If we are unable to complete the performance due to a “force majeure” no refund will be given, but we will make every effort to reschedule the performance.
